Delivery Policy

All products sold are perishable and natural items.
The lifespan of flowers varies by species.
Due to temporary regional availability, substitutions may be necessary.
Delivered goods may differ from website images on flowervista.pk.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge potential discrepancies between images and actual products.
Our florists ensure the style and theme of arrangements are preserved.
Substitutions are made with fresh flowers/products of equal or higher value.

Orders for only balloons or balloon-related items are not accepted.
Such orders will be cancelled and a full refund processed within 24 hours.

Orders are scheduled for delivery on the selected date, barring exceptional circumstances.
We do not guarantee same-day delivery within the selected time slot, but strive to deliver as close as possible.

Orders are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Flower Studio is not responsible for delays caused by weather, political disruptions, or other uncontrollable events.

Orders placed after 5:30 PM may not qualify for same-day delivery.
Such orders will be delivered on the next working day.
For urgent same-day delivery after 5:30 PM, please contact our team directly.

We try to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Time slots serve as guidelines only; actual delivery time may vary.

Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient information.
The Flower Studio is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete details.
